I bet we have a summer low either today or tomorrow (I would say year low but I'm afraid of October). Some were thinking a raise in interest rates was in the cards today but if the market is tanking they'll have to relent once again.

Well, I owe apologies to all on the thread. There is no real estate bubble: washingtonpost.com

It is now official, and from the most solid of sources. It was a study conducted by Harvard University, and it got press in the Washington Post. That means it has to be true. Oh what a tangled web we weave whenever we practice to deceive. I know these people are at least as honest as the CFO and CEO of WorldComm. That makes me feel a lot better.

Alan, while we were all dissing the $, and the markets, your troops were to take Hill 325. Better get those troopers some better ammo. Will have to spend some time to plot another strategy. Where there is a will, there is a way.
