DaiTN--thanks for coming to my defense. However, let him do what he wishes. If he wants to bog his time down barking up a tree of that kind, well, let him. What it'll essentially amount to is less time for his 'enterprise.' I haven't done anything such that he can win a lawsuit against me; but going through the discovery process will certainly afford me an opportunity to learn more about him.
