Just like India/Paki and Israel/Pal, won't happen as long as warlords profit from support, whether US petrodollars routed thru Arabs or US dollars directly from various "aid" euphamisms. Suppose they still have those millions of US-made schoolbooks teaching kids to count using bombs and tanks?
