yep, those guys were cruelly treated with there day in court...-lol-

WorldCom said its chief financial officer Scott Sullivan improperly booked expenses as investment in order to make the company's cash flow look much healthier than it actually was.

Not to worry,..... the PPT "has to do something" (but I sure can't think of what it could do that wouldn't make things worse).

Recall my comment of a few weeks ago that holding short positions overnight now makes sense as overnight news tends to be a bear's best friend? Never thought that statement would prove so accurate in such a short time frame.
