As soon as a stock trades around 5% from it's high it is "de-facto" in BK, it happened for several weeks for WCOM that is my point.

What pisses me off is the fact that no one deared to comment about WCOM at $60 LU at $70 etc. See my comments about 3 years ago about LU for example.

Why is CNBC not accountable for pushing stocks like WCOM LU or CSCO for example, there was not "only news reporting"
