Hi Kevin, I've found that being disgruntled and disappointed with things doesn't do much unless you take it to the right people. At least then you have a chance of making a change in how things are done. What is going on now is something we really should take an active role in correcting and we can only do that by letting those in charge know how strongly we feel about it. After all, our votes put those people in their positions in Washington and our votes in the next election can remove them from office. We CAN get their attention if enough of us contact them. BTW, went back to my post after I wrote it, and now I do have a link to write congress. Best Wishes, Dori
