You shouldn't be concerned in the least.

The only thing that's bearish is gold. Recently I became unsure about gold establishing a long term uptrend, a position I've held for some time, but now I'm growing very bearish towards gold. It looks like it will drop below $250. I estimate it will take out my 9/1/98 intrinsic disinflationary era bottom.

Oil also is in trouble. There are many reasons why oil should hold up, but they're specious. The overwhelming problem in oil is supply glut. That outweighs all the positives.

Been zinged by this type of management failure three times in the last fifteen years. It's almost as annoying as my when my own poor judgement puts me in the soup.

But, I think I could be one of the guys who're running Alliance Capital. That's someone else's money! I'd feel really rotten about that.
