For the first time ever i heard a Vanguard spokesman on CNBC in response to question regards redemptions actually say "to be fair we are seeing a slowing in cash flow, but not at panic levels".
In translation, they are in a negative cash inflow/outlow on a SIGNIFICANT level for sometime.
The usual response satirized is "Redemptions?!! We don't have NO stinkin redemptions!! Everybody is fricking happy and buying buying!"
