When all the PUT buyers are done selling then market will drop. Take Bank index flat line at 793 since 10 AM. GED announcement will renew the selling.

Just remember the back drop the moms and pops are still selling. Call this a temporary bottom until they can scare them into selling more at lower prices. Major moves upward will not occur until they get back into water.
