Let's, for a moment, suppose you're right. If the gold industry must be sacrificed for the broad market gains, then what should next be sacrificed? the home building industry? what should save it next?

What if US government runs out of gold reserves? Every proof has its flaws... And this is the last bullet the Fed yet has to fire before TOTAL COLLAPSE... Waiting impatiently for HUI to get into my buy area (90-100), where the recent overbought contition will be fully worked out... I doubt it actually will get there, but US has a lot of gold to sell... from "deep storage" -ggg-

<<Gold must die so the Dow can survive?>>

Then gold should be allowed to RUN TO $550. When the M.F.'s are so crooked they've lied about earnings or so stupid they can't do basic math, they don't deserve to live!
Were they lying / wrong then or are they lying / wrong now, what should we believe?

It matters not a bit that they've restated higher, if they can't correctly report earnings they should die! How much good will can they honestly consider they have remaining from their (near)worthless internet division which they rolled back in? How can they honestly place any real value intangible assets from that internet division? I thought the term Mickey Mouse Outfit refereed only to what a few actors wore at their theme parks, NOT THEIR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT AND AUDITOR!
