We just need to get rid of the riff-raff in a very public way, asap.

IMO, that will only be done if it becomes a felony for any government official to secretly influence the media. As far as corporate control of media, that's the FCC's problem.

The information is out there, but not allowed to be investigated, or exposed, except by accident, and even then not for long.

Government is supposed to lead the way, but now whistleblowers are being targeted by the Homeland act, and any linkage to both corporate and government corruption will be hidden if it has to do with government officials who feel they can suppress evidence or halt investigations, or owe contributors.
