No. You are the one who supports the Ashcroft/Bush homeland security no trial, no counsel, hang and bury them, deny they existed regime. I don't like or support that kind of behavior. Enron went down because Enron was corrupt. Lay headed Enron. Are YOU saying that even though he was CEO, he is not responsible for what went on in his company on his watch that he's as innocent as a babe in the woods. I think it's illogical of you to assume that Lay had no idea what was happening with his company because he says so. That's a big problem of late, no one is accountable for anything anymore. They only do as they are told, they don't know what is going on especially after they are caught...hmmm. that sounds fascist to me.
