Dear Gao: I know the SEC is in there, but I think it was a KMG auditor who STUMBLED across it and alerted the SEC. At least that is what I am reading. The ENFORCEMENT division of the SEC needs to ENFORCE and I MEAN DRAMATICALLY. Time to set an example with these guys. I would start by STRIPPING all the upper officers involved in WCOM, ADELPHIA, ENRON, and GLOBAL CROSSING of all their worldly assets. Why should they have ANYTHING when it was all ILLGOTTEN and resulted in tremendous suffering by millions of shareholders and thousands of employees? JDN PS: If this sounds severe think about this, we are FREEZING all the assets of any organization even remotely linked to terrorists or their activities and IMHO these people represent and even greater danger to the average American AND WORLD WIDE citizen..
