Mike, No respect is an understatement. I still remember when Tice made negative statements about Nvda (more about the price than the management) in Barron's. Cnbs's hairspray twins had a field day: "Look at the source. Alan Abelson and David Tice. Two guys who are never right. Just remember folks, this is the same column where Tice was allowed to spew his venom over his short selling favorite, Tyco. He wasn't right then, so what are the odds he's right now?" It was really pretty nasty. Oddly enough, I have yet to hear a retraction of any of that comment since both Tyco and Nvda have hit the skids. <g>
