NYSE members are on record accumulation.

The public is shorting in record amounts above the specialists.

When you see specialist firms report a quarterly loss like LAB just did, you know the tables are about to get turned.

I have underestimated the extremity and timing aspect of both Rydex and the boyz.

It is mirror opposite to 1999 early 2000.

Nevertheless, my macroview has not changed into the end of 2003. We will be significantly higher.
