Certainly there is probable cause to think crimes have been committed, and the companies should be investigated for criminal activities, and if top officers are found guilty, then they should be punished. But simply being a top officer at one of these companies is not a good enough reason to punish someone, IMO. And a symbolic conviction may send a signal to the other crooks that they are in danger of being arrested, but I would rather that we go ahead and go after the crooks and arrest them.
