6.Syte and the markets

WCOM under $2.00, stock markets are choppy, unemployment up, troubles in the Middle East and around the world.

People are very hesitant to pay these high valuations for a company anymore. The Worldcom's, Enron's, Global Crossing's , ect. and the bear market we are in have taught people to do better DD and to look for value and undervalued equities. Mario Gabelli said recently the stocks that will perform in 2002 will be the ones that produce good old fashioned cash flow, growth and positive earnings or a pattern of improved earnings. Those high flyers with these future contracts with unlimited future potential wont fly so high anymore. A "show me first" attitude will prevail.

Then you have small-cap companies. People are scouring the market for small-cap companies with low valuations that are producing and getting results on a smaller scale. Roughly 190 billion dollars are invested in small-caps right now up from $130 bil. last year. This is a good thing. Small business is what makes this country survive and thrive and ensures its future. Some of these companies will become the future Microsofts or Wal Marts or AOL's. That 190 billion dollars in small caps isnt very much. That figure was lost in ENRON alone or Cisco alone in just a few days. Now you have companies like WCOM or Erricson who are losing their shirt.

How does this affect SYTE? Ahh! These events are causing more money to flow into small-caps and pennystocks that have low valuations and that are demonstrating marked improvement with each quarter. That is SYTE ! They are cash flow positive, growing revenue each quarter, recently reported EBITDA earnings of .013 per share, share buybacks, CD redemption , insider buys and strong management that has shown caution and wisdom when it comes to utilizing its companies funds unlike some of the obscenities we have seen recently on some of the big board stocks.

Yes SYTE will attract more investors and much bigger money if they simply continue the course they are on. SYTE will also attract larger ISP players as potential buyers of SYTE if they simply stay on the current course they are on. Investors love these things and SYTE has it. Big money is waiting on the sidelines for more confirmation that SYTE will remain on its current course. The upcoming 10Q should be another one of these signals.

While the markets remain rocky , companies like SYTE just may outperform in 2002.

etc, etc, etc ...
