Ron, Thanks for your reply. You are certainly right about
"The Mask of Cybernet", how it sometimes changes psychology
of a person. However, I am not sure of myself if I met
Paul or Elmer on a golf field. Mask is a mask, but there
are limits.

I also believe that the cybernet can be aligned with
traditional human interactions, by simple technical
means. One can implement a model of parliament debates,
where no one speaks one-liners whenever he/she feels
an urge, but rather waits for
a microphone to communicate a carefully-prepared
statement, or a line of reasoning. Or something like
that.

About "War vs. Diplomacy", I am not totally positive
that this concept stays under conditions of explosive
population and natural resource limits.
