I think they won't have it right until they have unlimited power supply, meaning no flat batteries. They won't have that until they include the ethanol fuel cell function of the Anita [TM] original version of the pdQ which is at the moment in carved wood form factor in an archeological site somewhere, I think in an underhouse shed on Armadale Road. The multifunctional ethanol supply will: Cool the device by convection around the inside of the pdQ version 1.5 to air-cooled, forced-draught cooling fins [the ethanol would not have a separate tank, but would slosh around the insides, filling the nooks, crannies, aerial and other spaces. Provide easily replenished [squirt more in] unlimited, low-cost, safe, clean, energy supplies to drive the pdQ. Provide an illumination function [an electrical flashlight and camplight - with lots of power available, it might as well be used for something useful]. A cook function [the aerial could have a little flame come out which would be enough to heat a small frying pan for cooking trout]. Cigarette lighter [just turn the flame strength down]. Cleaning skin before injecting insulin [for diabetics], cleaning spectacles, cleaning and disinfecting other stuff. Mixing with wild-berry juice to make potable pleasantries. Starting forest fires [to get enough food to eat without having to chase it - be sure to stand upwind before lighting fire]. Skunk-type napalm squirt function of ignited fuel for self-defence in downtown El Segundo [or Auckland these days]. Ethanol [or methanol if the potability function is not required] is a good chemical feedstock for a range of other functions. I can't wait. Mqurice
