Yes I did, and Katie Couric was shown to be a shallow partisan liberal like the rest of them.

It basically went something like this. In 1999 Katie Couric previewed her show for three days with the statement "Ronald Reagan is an Airhead, so says the author of a new book". Unfortunately for her, when the author came on he totally disputed her characterization of his book, thought something completely different about Reagan and was apoplectic about the Today Show's characterization.

Ann Coulter called her on it in her new book, and Couric basically had a claptrap of a defense, saying "I only previewed it once". Then Ann jumped right in saying, "yes, but your associate previewed it two other times using that characterization". Her comments in the book were directed toward the Today Show, not Curic herself I gather. (I haven't read the book).

Pretty funny exchange. Curic kept trying to interrupt Ms. Coulter while she was making her points and Coulter wouldn't let her get away with it. One thing Ann Coutler has figured out is if she talks fast, she can say what she wants before they interrupt her.

She also made some great points about how conservatives are always labelled "conservative" before they come on her show, but liberals are never labelled "liberal".
