I guess he missed the '73-74 water torture. Nobody rang the bell and there was no capitulation. The war was over and
the bills had to start being paid. The 10-year Vietnam
fiasco ushered in a market of no returns for 16 years
and stagflation. This is what the US has to look forward to the next decade.
