Are you looking for fast scalp trades, try putting a 5ma of the highs and lows and trail the stop there. Another idea is to trail stop at the other end of the last bar or the bar before.

The other signal for that short was that the SPX had just filled its gap at 3:28 and immediately reversed, precisely at the gap. The NDX had hit 200sma5 resistance a couple minutes earlier, which usually stalls it. And, as you mentioned, TICK was pulling back off its resistance line across the afternoon highs. I went short NQ at 3:29PM at 1036.5, based on those indications.

I am interested in how you use the BBs for a signal. Looks like you waited for price to pull back off the upper band for 1-2 bars on the 1 minute chart, but is there more to it than that?
