Put ice on it for several hours (applied to the outside of his face, of course)

You can get good effect by flowing some scotch over the ice on the inside.

He's going to combine your ice idea with Tiger Paw's scotch idea, I think.

After your abscess, did you invest in an electric toothbrush? I just got one because of the braces and find myself spending a lot more time brushing my teeth because of it.

You make a great point about the Pledge. Should have been done years ago when the "under God" was added, IMO.
