Whereas I agree that declaring the pledge of allegiance as unconstitutional is a bit of a waste of time. If you believe in the US Constitution and specifically the first amendment in the Bill of Rights, the decision is a legally correct decision. ============================= Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Yeah what's next the Statue of Liberty saying? "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddle masses yearning to breath free, The wrechted refuse of your teeming shore.
