Priceline.com (PCLN: news, chart, profile) sank almost 26 percent after the company said it expects second-quarter earnings of 3 cents a share, at the low end of earlier projections. Revenue will fall below earlier goals by 5 percent from a previous target of $320 million. According to Thomson Financial/First Call, profit was forecast at 4 cents a share and revenue expected at about $331 million.
