Sure it happens, and these frauds that are being exposed were involved in that with the previous administration. If it were rigged now, Bush would have supported Kyoto to enrich Enron. And, you seem to be saying, let's just lock some people up and forget about the problem. That is hogwash. We need to be serious about the problem. Make it a war on corporate corruption. Would you feel safer after 911, if we just shot a few terrorists? Or do you want to eliminate them all?
