If you do not believe in "God", I would call that a belief about religion, not a religious belief.

I fear decisions like today's will eventually divide us into such small bits that there will be nothing left of us as a nation. I suspect our enemies are pleased tonight.
They really don't need to attack us. They only need to wait.

Strictly a personal opinion, of course. If you require something more specific, you'll have to consult Ms Cleo.

And if your religious beliefs are that there is no god?

Oddly enough, that apparently was addressed.

From a constitutional standpoint, those two words, Judge Alfred T. Goodwin wrote in the 2-to-1 decision, were just as objectionable as a statement that "we are a nation `under Jesus,' a nation `under Vishnu,' a nation `under Zeus,' or a nation `under no god,' because none of these professions can be neutral with respect to religion." nytimes.com

If SI's lame search facility was working more than marginally, I'd dig up my standard refs on what the founders really thought about this, it's somewhat more in line with the ruling in question than the holy rollers would have us believe.
