oh yeah......no doubt about 1/2 of the necessary ones. They will have to fight for the rest.....which of course will hold the real story.
Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (NYSE: MSO - News) continued to plummet, losing 23.5% to $10.40. The Wall Street
Journal reported today that federal investigators are intensifying their probe of possible insider trading by Martha Stewart, the
firm's founder and chief executive. Allegations that Stewart and her broker Peter Bacanovic sold Stewart's ImClone (Nasdaq:
IMCL - News) shares based on inside information could include charges of obstruction of justice and making false statements,
the article said. Shares of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia have lost almost half of their value since allegations first surfaced in
June.

Send the White Collar White Women to jail first, while letting off the MEN.....only guy to go so far is Sotheby's chairman...and I'll bet ya a LOT that he finked on TYCO chairman for the disgusting elusion of over $1 MILLION in just SALES TAX on art.......
