I think Scott should retire. He spent too much effort on the MSFT trial. Imagine all the company employees having to use its office suite <ugh>. That alone has to kill productivity.

i have to invest in sunw at these levels. they have over 5 billion in cash and investments. are near breakeven or better and have a stable franchise. i do not see if going bankrupt like the market is pricing it. 25% in leaps and 75% in common stock tomorrow morning.
