1. Would you take your children (when they are young) to an execution? No. But there are LOTS of things you don't take young children to. If this is an argument, we'll have to ban TV, X-rated movies, lots of books, ..... 2. Do you think that torturing prisoners who have been convicted of serious crimes is acceptable? No. That's already covered by the 8th Amendment. Maybe you need to address these matters to Karen. She seems to be pushing the idea of juries determining punishment with no governing laws. (Except she doesn't want to call it "puishment". Except, when pressed, it seems to be just that.)
