Been out of town on business and have as a result been unable to respond until now. I have no wish to continue this debate further because it is obviously an exercise in futility on both sides.

-------- Not futile on my part at all. I have the real past trust trading data to back up all that I have said. I have a method/strategy that is pretty detailed and is testable and verifiable with that very same data. And which all can be shown to have worked real time in these recent past postings on this very forum. ------------------

However I wish to be clear, and wish everyone else to be clear, on what you are saying. People can than make their own call on the credibility of your position:

---------- The credibility of my position rests on the above aforementioned real trust data and my testable method. Not the ""MAGIC"" that yours does. --------------

As I understand it, you are stating that if you hold an oil and gas trust that has dropped in price, and have further money to invest in that sector, it is ALWAYS better to invest that money in the trust that you hold (and that has lost money) as opposed to another oil and gas trust.

-------- You have yet to prove with the real trust data that their has been any "real loss". Any losses on my part on a point A to point B in time look are unrealized. Your losses on the other hand are "real". My disappear with the purchasing at the lows (accumulating) with the cyclical rise that always follows from that. ((Yours don't disappear save for your changing your story to suit the situation (PWI). Lying about the whole occurrence. Still now you will not fess up to it after my repeated enquirings to set it straight))) . And all the while I get more and more units paying more and more each and every month each and every year. Now all of this has As is been evidenced to have occured in the far past ,the recent past and the present and which does so into the future as we have seen with the real time testing that has gone on in these documented postings in this very forum. It is the key nature of these very trust investments. ----------------

If that is what you are saying, than I will leave the statement to stand or fall on its own merits, and have nothing further to say on the topic.

-------- Throughout this whole exchange you used for the most part insult and name calling. Little in the way of real past trust trading data to support yourself. Comments from you like its well common sense or goes without saying are not proper responses in debate. As are not name calling and insults but that is most of what you have presented. Save for your own switching from PWI into AY and PVE which you changed lied about as PWI into AVN. As I stated that you had resort to these tactics can be documented clearly and easily enough. Your refusal to come clean on them. Especially the lie. SHOWS IT ALL TOO WELL. ---------- So stick to the trust issues and hold off on the grandiose claims unless your willing to back them up with real trust data and tell the truth about what you did and when. Real discussion with real facts is what is needed here. For all to benefit from. And Especially joe average trust investor. Who just wants the facts or where to get them so he can make the best possible decision for himself. So with nothing more from you expected or wanted further on this matter. I will consider it closed. Unless for some reason you just have to reopen it. As seems to have always happened before. You and the others can expect me to always give that other side of the discussion to keep it balanced. Because that is what the feedback from those here has told me they want again especially that joe average trust investor. -------------------
