well lets just throw everyone who has ever smoked pot in jail? ...that to is wrong under the law? Guilty is Guilty! or are you saying just don't get caught? People break laws all the time....everyone breaks some law at some point. The justice system needs to go after the big fish and the chronic evil doers who conspire to do harm to the majority!...the Ivan Boesky's,Enrons,WCOM, Arthur Andersons, ML, etc. The Martha witch hunt is hurting the majority! Innocent shareholders.....I'm not convinced she traded on non public information!
