Well....
...I've heard people say "Where's McCarthy when you REALLY need him." I'm not one of those. I don't much like zealots of any stripe.

I ain't no big time hunter, and by the way Tiger Paw got me big time over a (phony) list of White House damage committed by the departing Clintonista staff. Actually, I am probably an easy mark because I am willing to take people on face value until they show something different. I am rather concerned about our friend Ray. He is getting a bit irrational.

The left wing press at the time didn't ask whether "Tail-Gunner Joe" McCarthy was right about the Truman State Department. He was, but they insisted that was not the point (as does the left today). McCarthy finally shot himself in the foot by going after the Army. He was more of a bumpkin/drunkard than a danger to the nation-as his enemies were, and remain so today...
