An exponentially greater disaster in the Senate than McCarthy ever was is Tom Daschle, who today was caught sitting on dozens of judicial nominations, hoping to force Bush to send up another maniac like the 9th Circuit clown who squatted down and dumped on his country Wednesday in such grand fashion that even Daschle himself was forced to condemn him.
