I think it's all noise. WCOM was already a penny stock before yesterday. What I think is significant, is the question of whether there's anymore WCOM's out there. And, there may be. But you can see, the market usually knows, stocks get cheap for a reason, stocks go to a buck for a good reason, the market is smart, the market knows, IMO. I never could understand why people bottom fished stuff like WCOM thinking they're going to get rich. Those type of stocks are down for good reasons, and I do not think they'll come back. IMHO, a whole bunch of these Nasdaq penny stocks are going BK.

Banks will get more pressure with Qwest as well. Qwest could have broken debt covernants...

The market is sorting this mess out, you can slowly see who's going to survive. I think within a year, most of these Nasdaq stocks under 5 bucks, will be gone. Some will get bought out, others will go to Nasdaq heaven, and others BK. Just my opinion.
