GZ, Clinton was glib, arrogant, and spoke to the public, and the press, as if they were unworthy peons. The only people he really cared about, were his buddies in Hollywood, and his bimbos. OTOH, Bush will look directly into the eyes of those in the room from one person to the next. He is letting these people know that he respects them, values their opinions, and will do everything within his power to provide the best form of government possible for them. It is, also, obvious that he is true to his wife, and Laura has made a first lady to be admired, and emulated by all women.
