A very good observation, .44 equity P/C ratio is more associated with tops than bottom, that is a very strong point for the bear, IMTO. Justifying getting above 60% cash, and sold BOBE at $30.44, for almost $3 profit, getting me to 62% cash.

That's equity P/C is 0.44. saying the little guy is betting on rally.
Big money betting on indexes are more bearish 1.33.
