Phoenix, Thanks for the explain, appreciate it very much. And if I didn't say it before, have nice weekend and a nice week+ off. BTW, I know how you feel about being off in the trading...since that's where I am most of the time. It's smart to take a break. Sometimes, when I lose confidence(often actually, LOL) I do the usual things depending on how bad it is, trade smaller lots or just paper trade. Anyway, you're already there on all that so ..... have a good one and thanks again for your insights. Notice I haven't traded anymore today? Feelin' damn lucky and stupid about now! Quit while I'm ahead! :) Walt
