You really jump between thoughts with no flow. By your own statement you can see that the tie between marriage and things like insurance are low. The reason that people get married is for their personal goals, not to rob you of some ability to get more insurance than someone else. It's difficult to come up with a response to these statements that isn't sarcastic since they are so mutually contradictory.

The problem some don't talk about is....HOW many employees does the US Government/Military/people on welfare,"Civil servants", etc have??? And WHO or WHAT entity pays for the insurance???? IF everyone paid for their own insurance, and the Government didn't pay for it....then there would be no problem.

However, that certainly isn't the case....

The insurance and benefits are private agreements between employers and their employees.
