Why would you trust your money to someone who PICKS the companies that go in an index fund? What makes them so smart? They only include companies after they grow and throw them out after they have gone down. Indexing is rear view mirror gambling.

I know mostly lazy bums. And I know even more who can make 50% and spend 110% of it. Or their spouses can. I know lots of active traders and maybe 5% of them have made a fortune doing it. A couple of those also went crazy and moved to caves in New Mexico. I've known lots of passive investors and none of them have made their fortunes. A few have also gone crazy, but didn't know the way to New Mexico.
