Marc,

Your point seems to be that the market often picks losers, which then gets reflected in the indices that mirror the market. Well, the flip side is that the market often picks winners as well, and on average over winners and losers the market as a whole beats 90%+ of active investors. If you want to invest only in winners, be honest and tell me, has that been your investment experience?
