$20 billion for Russia and we can't even keep our own RAILROADS RUNNING for a lousy $200 mill.
It's a disgrace that while the entire world knows high speed rail is the best thing going, and our airports and airlines are crippled from the BIG THREAT.....and oil prices and gasoline are skyhigh.....we can't build our own infrastructure for intercity high speed transport......
