In this case, I think we made the headlines because y'all kicked him out of Fla when he tried the same thing there. I heard last night on the tube he is going after "In God We Trust" on $. Gimmie a break. I can understand why he might not want to say the pledge, and he doesn't have to (or his daughter, actually). But he has now deprived me of the right to say the pledge at my daughter's graduation from HS in 4 years. Insuring the rights of the few is not supposed to deprive the vast majority of their rights. Honestly, I didn't begin to say "under God" until just about 5th grade. What with all the heavy programming beginning in kindergarden, I sometimes still get a brain fart and start to space on those 2 words. TK
