Window dressing?

Please tell me why anyone who is "window dressing" would hold IRF or AGM?

(He may hold them but it aint gonna be due to "window dressing")

The AGM is really a core, I was waiting for the dump to get under $25, for a trading batch, no cigar... Going to sleep with both IRF and AGM and the Q, worried about NVDA it had a nasty fall today and I fear another GNSS (g), may sell it in AH if they give me a good price. Gone to sleep with the Q, had too, QLGC closing near the HOD.
