Zeev, I was only suggesting that the dragon fly doji candle today may not be the re-test. The re-test should happen ideally Monday or Tuesday. Tomorrow should be a down close if this happens this way.

When things are this oversold, a bottom is usually confirmed with a re-test. I do not recall a re-test on a major index only 1-day following a major low. Maybe you could help me with this, as you've seen far more of them than I.

The end of quarter stuff is messing with things too.

National news saying that post holidays Bush will be outlining new laws to oversee U.S. Business and making sure corporate leaders will be held responsible. It is my hope this is leading to the destruction of the great disgrace (The Securities Act of 1995 which included the license to commit crimes and get away with it by the Safe Harbor provision.) << the Naz put on a beautiful dragon fly doji >>

Zeev,

The Naz closed 13 points higher than it opened, making it a hammer and not a doji per Lit Wick:

"If the open and the close are identical, the indicator is considered a Dragonfly Doji. The Dragonfly Doji has a higher reliability associated with it than a Hammer."

My question involves the expected test early next week. I was asleep at the wheel this week (very busy!) and failed to close any of my shorts, though some came close to my targets.

Is Naz=1400 a good target for closing shorts?

TIA - Ken
