Eugene, if you look at that chart again I believe the bottom was a hammer followed by a dragonfly doji:

The dragonfly after the reversal did not hold, and the re-test came 2-days later on the 2nd red day after the dragonfly. I was suggesting this is what we should be on the lookout for.

On a positive note, the VIX has reversed pretty big, but the VXN is not cooperating as much. We may get a situation where we hover around in a trading range from 1400-1550 until after options expiration.
