Ken, hey man how you doing...? RE:"EBITDA= fraud in my opinion.... If a company does not have any earnings after interest charges and taxes, then they do not have any free and clear profit yet! It's all about smoke and mirrors IMO, simple as that." If we can get this accounting fraud cleared up and a reasonable standard set up, the market has a chance. OTOH, The Lawyer and Accountants lobby is pretty strong and people appear to have not suffered enough. I liked it when Ted had the "throw 'em all in jail" attitude today. Maybe he had some of these "coms"...And seidman liked it to the S$L debacle. Actually I'm looking at buying some of the "coms"...how's your TA looking? Jim
