simple, but true ... I no longer play golf, but when I did I always said to myself. This is not the next hole -- it's a new opportunity ...trading is the same.

Plenty of examples on SI of folks that cannot move on -- heck that's why a bear market grinds on like it does. Amazing to watch folks ride cr^p into the ground. Have a friend who rode WCOM to here from the high teens or low 20's ... I just shake my head. Why?

After you've lost enough -- why not give up? Doesn't mean ur a failure ...

I agree.

I am pretty good at starting over. Sometimes when i buy back a stock, even at the same price, I feel I can look at the trade under a new light and it gives me good perspective.
