MH: I was just surprised that you could be prosecuted when the boys from Law & Order stop by to casually chat you up about where you were or what bus you took home on Tuesday evening. Since you face the risk of prosecution for a misstatement/misrepresentation/lie, ya gotta ask yourself the agej-old question: What's In It For Me? Since there's nothing in it for you, why even answer any question? It kind of cuts the legs out under the whole idea of the Miranda warning: "You have the right to remain silent . . . anything you say can and will . .
