Nadine, yes opposition to Israel's military adventure in the past week has been mute. But two months ago, a good number of posters on these threads, and I believe including you, branded Saudi Arabia and other nations as terrorists for their telethon etc. So what is wrong with their approach of a telethon? How can you say that the military approach is succeeding or going to succeed? It hasn't yet? Don't we know that guerrilla warriors live to fight another day. Could this be the lull of guerrilla warfare. I wouldn't claim victory at this stage the way you do. After all didn't Ariel Sharon when he was a general feel that he was quashing the Palestenians in Shatila and Shabra? Did he succeed then? He failed to address the root cause then and he is doing the same now.
